Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods and automation services, all sales are generally final.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• The product was never delivered due to our error.
• We determine that a refund is appropriate after investigation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind.
• Account bans, warnings, or moderation by Roblox.
• Incompatibility caused by your own device or configuration.
• Failure to read product descriptions or requirements.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of all Autopilot services and licenses until the dispute is resolved.
